Members of the Penn State Alumni Association have all the rights of membership. However, to claim voting privileges these members need to complete the following membership application.

We invite those that are not members of the Alumni Association to become a member of the Potomac Valley Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. Your membership dues allow the Potomac Valley Chapter to support local charities, host speakers, and organize events and other activities to make an impact in our local community and the Penn State community! As a Chapter member, you’ll receive our chapter newsletter, notices of special events, opportunities to create a professional and social network, and more. Friends, family, and fans of Penn State are welcome. The membership year is September 1 through August 31. Membership dues are not prorated.
